Are you out there?

Breakfast

Hello, are you out there? I lost some readers in the blog makeover so, don’t forget to update your Readers and pass the word on 🙂

I woke up and did some light strength training with my hand weights in the front room while watching Jon & Kate and the Duggars. I love reality TV. I was going to hit up the elliptical, but I was actually into the show and didn’t want to go to the apt. gym and be forced  to watch CNN on mute (you can’t change the channels in there!). And I watch CNN all day at work since we’re news peeps. Plus, I have a half tomorrow and should rest up a little extra today 🙂

Then, I showered and threw together breakfast and lunch. I was bad last night and didn’t pack ahead of time! For breakfast I wanted cereal and mixed together three different kinds, soy milk, naner, cottage cheese and PB. I am making a point to eat up the cottage cheese since I always forget I have stuff like this and let it go bad before I realize!IMG_1342IMG_1344

Now I am considering a Dunkin Donuts trip (it’s a 2 minute walk from my office) for some Friday coffee Celebration!

Tomorrow is my half marathon! Ahhhh!  I wasn’t training for this run and just decided to sign up for it last minute so I’m nervous! Who signs up for a half marathon 4 days before the race? I guess this girl, but I don’t know if I would recommend it.

If you’re a walker, not a runner or if you just like boobs – You should check out Making Strides Against Breast Cancer from the American Cancer Society for a walk near you!

I love Cheerios with banana! It’s one of my favorite meals! Interesting idea to add peanut butter and cottage cheese to it as well!

Good luck on your race tomorrow!

Good luck on the half! And this morning I realized after a few weeks my carrot juice went bad. I just cannot eat things quick enough either

I’m the same way with cottage cheese and yogurt…if I don’t eat it right away I totally forget about it till it’s green and fuzzy.

Mmmm. I *love* Dunkin Donut’s coffee. I know we can now buy it in the stores here on the West Coast, but it’s just not the same as a hot cup from the shop! That is one thing that the East Coast has over California.

I can only watch CNN every once in a while. It’s too monotonous for me!
