Hello! Yesterday was a great day, but a lil different from the norm. My best friend’s little one had a small accident and ended up in the hospital overnight.

I went to visit them at the children’s hospital Sunday. Thank God he is already back to his cute self, but it was sad just to be at a children’s hospital. I’m just grateful all the little ones in my life are healthy and happy Smile

The rest of the day was spent smelling the flowers and trying to be productive.

This morning I started the day with an 8 mile run and then the ab set for 25 days of fitness.

Go here for the whole calendar : 25 Days of Fitness

Question: Have you done the ab work yet?

When are you going to fit it in?

So scary when little ones get sick! Glad he’s alright.

I’m going to do my ab work right after dinner. I’m sure that will feel just wonderful, but it’s the only time I have!

I have not done the ab workout and I’m pretty sure if I don’t fit it in, I won’t be ‘fitting in’ to my skinny jeans anymore…

I work at a Children’s Hospital and I can say it can be sad working there but incredibly rewarding! Wouldnt want to work with adults after working with childrens. 🙂 Glad he is doing better.

Daisy–I agree. You’re either a pediatric person or an adult person. Working at a children’s hospital during the holidays is always full of cheer, random carolers coming through the halls, lots of presents, and big grins even though there’s sickness and sadness. Kids are so resilient, it’s amazing!

I usually do my ab workouts first thing on an empty stomach or last thing. I don’t do it well with food on my stomach!

Hmm, ab work. I’ve heard that’s good for you, maybe I should look into it 😉

It’s more fun to do all the running!
