Surprisingly, after running for over 3 hours I was not hungry at all. My stomach even felt a little upset, but I didn’t eat anything during my run and only had a piece of toast before so I knew I had to eat something. I don’t have any fruit at home so I stopped at TJ’s for some blackberries, pineapple and a box of Shredded Oats. I had a drive home and was going to take a shower when I got back so I busted open all of these packages on the way home and had some of each:
After a l-o-n-g shower (my hair was so knotted after that run and it was not easy to get it out) I made breakfastlunch – by then it was around 11:45am. I went with egg salad on a Rudi’s bagel. I also had 2 cookies for dessert 🙂I can never tell if I am dehydrated or hungry, but I was craving more fruit so I had 2 cuties and some more pina. After Christmas shopping I came home and made a smoothie topped with granola and a little PB on the spoon.That smoothie snack led to this – a lot of crackers with PB&J made and eaten standing by the counter. After much deliberation I realize this is my biggest problem, (I’m going to explain further in my next post).
It’s around 6pm right now and I know I’ll be hungry for dinner in a bit. I’m planning on soup 🙂
