Sorry I’ve been MIA – there’s been a ton of family time going on 🙂 Here is me in my Halloween “costume” for the party…I was a girl with a Target shirt, I mean Jack-o-lantern. Matt is a astronaut.
There has also been a lot of Mexican food going on around here. They don’t make it like this in Maryland. 
We went out to a Mexican restaurant for lunch today too – I had cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. I normally try to order a lot healthier, but I know it’s going to be a while before I get “real” Mexican food so I thought I would go all out. Sometimes you just have to order what you want and not apologize for it. 
The place we go to has chips and salsa, plus a bean dip. 
I did start with a salad since I wanted veggies too. 
Matt and I also carved a pumpkin and roasted seeds
I have a red-eye tonight then, I am going straight to work tomorrow morning. It’s going to be rough! I need 8 hours of sleep to feel good, so I am not sure how I am going to feel/survive tomorrow!

Oooh! Was that Salsa Grill on Rosemead in Pico? That bean dip looks familiar, I’ve had it before. Either way, the food looks DELISH!

Good to know you can get “costume” tshirts like that at Target, I work in a school so maybe that can be my 1-step costume this year haha.
