Fueling Up Fridays

Marathon

FacebookTweetPin
10 Dec

I have a long run planned today. I had to change my schedule around to fit in a fun run on Sunday Smile  It feels so weird though.

So, I’m fueling up and getting ready to head out.

I bought a massive pack of these at Costco this week. I did this while training for Long Beach too – so I always have Gatorade on hand.

See ya later!

Question: What color / flavor gatorade is your favorite?

I never drank them until training for this last race so I’m not super tied to one yet, but I think orange is growing on me Smile

Running with Mascara is doing a “Getting to Know” different bloggers series. I am on it today. Check it out here.

I love the yellow and red gatorade. For me, gatorade has to be VERY COLD. I hate warm gatorade!

I like lemon-lime. I’ll drink any of them, but I truly prefer lemon-lime even though it looks like antifreeze. My husband likes purple and my daughter likes red, but that’s probably because it can do the most stain damage to her face, clothes and our carpet.

I always crave red (cherry?) Gatorade on long runs! There’s something about the combo of sweet and cold….yum.

Eh gatorade actually makes me sick the stomach when I drink it. I have no idea why but I just can’t stomach it. My fiance loves the red though lol. No clue what the flavor is besides the color

The only gatorade I will drink is lemon-lime. That is what my dad used to give me when I was a kid and sick. So it’s my favorite!

I don’t drink gatorade. It is WAY too sweet for me! Have you tried coconut water?

      Coconut water is gross.
Except for the pineapple kind and only if it’s super super cold to the point that you can’t actually taste it because your tongue is frozen.

PS – I obviously love my new comment reply notification widget. Can you tell?

I have to agree and disagree with both of you! Coconut water AND gatorade is gross. 😉
