Hello! What’s going on in your lil world? I’m over here running and eating and repeating. You know, the usual.
For some reason Vegas is all about me today. First he creeped on me around the corner when I was brushing my teeth this morning…

Then, I was being super productive responding to email and updating social media scrolling through instagram while sitting on the couch with my elbows on my knees (because I’m too lazy to even sit up at this point) when Vegas came and decided to ‘claim this land in the name of England’. It’s a little game he plays where he climbs on top of me like he owns the joint.


As if living my life as a cat condo isn’t bad enough, someone in my life thinks french fries and vanilla shakes are a good snack choice?!
No.
We all know it’s all about french fries and strawberry shakes. Get it right next time.

For dinner I made super quick and easy tacos. I just cook up ground turkey (the only meat I know how to cook) and throw it on a couple corn tortillas and call it a day. I make this all the time because I always have tortillas at home, I just switch it up with beans or whatever other randomness I can use as filling… refried beans, rotisserie chicken, peanut butter, mushrooms, chocolate chips… whatever you got. Make it work.

I took a 3 mile walk this afternoon while listening to my latest favorite podcast. I feel like I’m walking with a friend listening to podcasts – is that weird?

I’m at 4.27 so far this week. Running a 5K today. My goal is 32 miles this month.
Did well today! 3.5 miles on my Disney 10k training plan!
4 miles on the treadmill!
I missed this yesterday….but I planned for 4miles but busted out 5.25miles to get ahead of schedule. sweet!
All good! One more run tomorrow and goal accomplished…5 days of running this week!

Rest day. Must force myself to walk Saturday and Sunday to reach my goal of exercising 4 days per week.

I walked 1 mile round trip to Walgreens during my lunch break at work and did a strength training session!
I’m behind on reporting my miles and this may not count, but oh well…
11/2 – 7 miles + 45 min Body Pump
11/3 – 6 miles
11/4 – 45 min upper body/core class + 1 hr Pilates
11/5 – 5 miles in the AM + Christmas themed 5k after work (easy run, no racing)
Today’s work out was our Thursday night boot camp group in the park….30 minute body weight work out and a mile of speed work (about a mile). That makes 9 miles so far this week…one more to go 🙂

I was cross training yesterday and got 30 minutes on the elliptical in. My fave podcast right now is Limetown.

Not bad – 3 strength training sessions in 4 days; definitely a win!

I’m at 23 miles for week. Had to skip bootcamp this week due to overtime and donating blood. Am hoping to try a new class tomorrow night.
13.75 miles on my bike today. Super grateful for the cooler weather to ride in! Total for the week is 27.75 miles / goal is 30 for the week. Looks like I will be a little over, but that’s ok – I need to be over at least one week to hit my monthly goal of 125.

Too much work, not enough working out. Only one boot camp this week; next week we block our Outlook calendar so we can get to class on time!
Today was a rest day from running, but I still walked a bunch to hit my step goal. Tomorrow I get to run again!

I work at a hospital so tonight for my night shift I am only taking the stairs. Should be fun!
I did a Pinterest workout that was crunches, squats, and some other stuff. I chose it cause it looked “easy”. Ha!! I actually found it last night and did it then also! This lil challenge is making me proud! 2 days in a row I was able to do something! Whoop whoop!
Went to the gym again! Day 4 of exercise! Today was the treadmill and some light weights.
So far so good! I have run every day this week and I’m on target to hit my weekly goal of 35 miles! Got in a nice and easy 4 mile run after work tonight:

I didn’t get to run yesterday due to a sick child. And today was just a 2 mile treadmill run. I need to up my mileage game next week

Today was my “off” day- I just started a new graduate class to move up the payscale at my job, so sitting in a classroom for 4 hours after a day at work meant no time for a run! I still got in my 10,000 steps though!
Easy 2 miler, my legs are still sore from my Tuesday workout.

I’m half way to my goal. Had a little set back with shin splints and feeling under the weather, but back at it today with 3 miles on the treadmill.
Made it to Barre3 this morning, which means that I am right on track to work out 5 times this week! Today was workout #4 and I have a trail run planned for tomorrow! 🙂
Today was a rest day for me…worked 12 hours!

I have hit my goal of at least 20K steps a day. I had three days in a row of 30K days! Thanks for motivating me with this challenge!

I have a 3 mile run to get in later today. I’m feeling lazzzzzzy but I’m going to get out there. Thinking I’ll do a treadmill run at the gym so I can watch some Netflix to distract myself. I’m on track for the week so far!
I was planning on a 3 mile run today, but it came a random thunderstorm and heavy rain, so I walked the halls for almost 30 minutes on my break at work today. It is starting to let up a little, and if I’m able to get outside later, I will go for a run.
Rest day today. But still on point with my nutrition!
Added another 5km, total so far is almost 35 km….hoping tomorrow’s forecasted rain will end in afternoon si I can get a few km in

Speed workout this morning – 7 miles total! I also ended up walking 2 miles because I had to go back and forth to the Apple Store which was a horrible experience, per usual.

This morning I pulled an oldie but goody into the rotation, with a 50-minute Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism dvd. Trying to get my cardio in where I can since I have to lay off running for a couple of weeks.

I’m going to have to double up over the weekend to reach my goal this week. A crazy work schedule on Tuesday and Wednesday got the best of me, but I put in 4 miles this morning!
Today I did 21 day fix pilates. I wanted to run too but the husband had to leave super early for work and did not let me know this until this morning! grrrrr…..
So…. l will make my “get moving any way you can” goal b/c I’ve worked out 3 days this week, but I really wanted to get in 3 runs this week. Only one down so far. Still have a few days left so I might get it done.

I’m doing pretty well on Week 1! I think I put down 10 miles for this week, but I will probably be running more. Today I ran 4 miles after my strength workout, so that brings me to 11 miles total! I really want to reach my month-long goal and so that probably means I need to run a little more this week than I originally thought I would.
So far, so good! Walk #3 of 3 is scheduled for tomorrow. Tai Chi today – love!
Today is a yoga day. I have been holding off on the runs due to back pain, but I am hoping tomorrow a little run may be possible!
I’m doing a 30 minute run later today. I took one extra rest day this week because I wasn’t feeling well, but other than that I should be on track to meet my goal.

I did a vintage Tae Bo Cardio workout this morning. I’m considering working out before my flight tomorrow but even if I don’t I’ll meet my goal because I wanted to get in 5 workouts a week and Saturday I’ve got bootcamp with Pbfingers!!
If the unseasonably warm Michigan weather holds, I’m planning a bike ride with my daughter today! Probably 3-5 miles 🙂

3 mile walk
I’m so sore from the kettlebell/cycle class Tuesday but I sucked it up and went to class this morning before work. It’s my favorite class at the gym…but whew…it can be a killer!

Today was the third run of the week and last night I taught a barre class . Goal complete! (I’m running a 10k Sunday)
Week 1 is going great! Just hit my fourth workout class for the week so now I’m going to try and exceed my goal.
I am on track to hit my goal this week – with our unseasonable warm weather I plan to get out and run a couple of miles!
I’m doing pretty good with my 15k steps a day. hit is yesterday and am well on my way. it is 9:13am here in the DC area and i’m almost at 5k so far =) good luck to everyone!

Needed rest day today. Working this afternoon, then catch up on homework tonight. I’ve got half my goal of pilates or yoga 4 days this week. I will most likely do some yoga tonight b/c my hips feel tight.
