How to cut a mango – quick and easy way to slice a mango tutorial.

How to Cut a Mango:

• Find the seed in the center of the mango
• Carefully slice down each side of the mango – cutting the fruit away from the seed
• Take one of the sides and cut a cross hatch pattern into the fruit – being careful not to cut into the skin
• Flip the fruit inside out so the cubes pull away from the skin
• Push the fruit away from the skin to get the cubes
• Repeat with other half
• Peel skin away from center with seed
• Cut around seed to get the fruit (or gnaw at it like an animal)
