How to Stay Accountable with a Virtual Running Challenge – Funny Running Memes

Time to check in with the PILE on the MILES Challenge! Remember ACCOUNTABILITY is so important to stick with running and become a better runner. So figure out what you need to stay on track and what type of accountability will keep you in check. PLUS I have some of my favorite Funny Running Memes to share!

How to Stay Accountable on the Virtual Running Challenge:

  • Post your Mileage Tracker somewhere you’ll see it everyday. Cross off or Color in the miles after every Run or Walk. This visual reminder helps to keep it top of mind AND is a mini-celebration of every mile you’ve done so far!
  • Comment on @RunEatRepeat ‘s daily Instagram check-in post. You’ll see there are runners of all levels, with all different goals, from all over the world doing the virtual running challenge with you. Other options – chime in on this blog post or post on your social media or blog!
  • Get a buddy and help each other stay accountable! Friends can still join the challenge (Pile on the Miles Sign Up). Ask someone if they’d like to join and you can keep each other going.
