Even though I was full from dinner the ice cream in the freezer has been calling my name. So, I had some topped with a granola bar and some chocolate syrup. A little over the top, but that’s how I do it. Hey, I have a 15 miler planned for tomorrow – Ice Cream is Carbs, Right???
Dinner was just leftovers from yesterday – pasta, beans, feta cheese and broccoli. And I stole some of Ben’s bread, because I love bread and all.
Tomorrow morning I have a 15 miler planned. Running that far alone is rough 🙁 Even if I do have the energy to keep running, I get bored of my head movies. That’s when the “You should just stop” thoughts creep in. I may start running with the local running group. And I may have Ben bike ride beside me as the miles get higher – it’s great to have someone to hold your fuel!
