Dinner

After a bit of a snacky afternoon all I wanted for dinner was a big plate of roasted brussel sprouts. No, I’m not lying. I like them that much!IMG_4160

Between blogging and cleaning I had some cereal and a small piece of boxed cake this afternoon. I must have ate something else to still be this full, but I don’t remember now…IMG_4153

I made Ben chicken parm for dinner. I’m so proud of my cooking skills because he always makes it seem like my food is the best thing ever. Maybe he’s just scamming me so I keep cooking for him, but I’m a sucker for the compliments for now 🙂 *Ben didn’t eat all the noodles so I may have helped him with that…IMG_4158

I am so behind on my emails and keep thinking ignorning it is going to make it better. I better get to it!

    i adore sprouts, they are without a doubt one of my favorite foods 🙂 i could probably sit down and eat 3 lbs of them and not flinch…ah, if only i was kidding 🙂

    You remind me of my sister – when she was a kid, she LOVED brussel sprouts! She’s always been into fruit and veggies. Her idea of a treat for being good at the store was a pint of blueberries. She went vegan a few years back, and I can totally see why.

    Do you put any seaosning or anything on your sprouts? I think they’re fab with garlic, parmesan and soy sauce 🙂
    I always wish I could just have a big plate of roasted squash with cinnamon and agave nectar for dinner EVERY NIGHT. I’d be in heavan!

    haha yup, I often just eat a huge bowl of roasted veggies for dinner too 😛 My favorite is butternut squash and eggplant. Sometimes it’s just too tasty to mess with!
