OC Marathon Expo and Skinny Sweet Potato Sticks

Hello! Happy weekend time! Today I hit up the OC Marathon expo and ate a bunch of food and rested and woke up way too early. <- that’s the short version. Scroll down for the long blog version.

First let’s talk Friday Farmer’s Market and all that fun. It’s been a long time since I’ve been there!

And I ATE AN ENTIRE WATERMELON yesterday.

I ended the evening by baking 2 oatmeal cookies and eating it on yogurt.

Oh wait. I forgot after that I dropped a wine glass. Busted Monican.

This morning I woke up SUPER SORE from my workout with Gunnar Peterson. AHHHHH! Like, seriously.

I took a walk to try and shake it out.

Then I did some cleaning and headed to the OC Marathon expo. I spotted a few of my favorites too!

Speaking of my mom… I hit up my fam’s house after the expo to eat all the food and watch the fight.

These skinny sweet potato sticks are good, but my mom doesn’t think they are that great. She got them from Costco. I like them Smile

    Those oatmeal cookies looks delicious. Eating clean and healthy food is part of a healthy diet. Depriving ourselves with food will just affect health.

    We were at a wedding yesterday, and in return for going back to the venue today to collect all the leftover wine and presents (whilst the happy couple jetted off on honeymoon!) we got all the leftover cheese.

    There is now 14lbs of cheese in our fridge. Love it!

    My fridge mostly has leftovers that we really need to throw out…a trip to the store is definitely on the agenda for the day.

    I recently pinned a recipe for sour apple, jalapeño margaritas. I haven’t tried them yet but they’re on the agenda.
    The best food I have in the house is home made coconut almond granola. Delicious.

    I don’t have that much food in my house right now (sad face), but the best would be a chicken pot I made yesterday that turned out pretty great 🙂 And you should make pear-margaritas!!

    I am super late to the party, but I say watermelon margarita and I have all kinds of party food for V’s birthday party tomorrow..including a whole watermelon! You should hop on a plane and come celebrate with us.

    I have nothing in this house. I am toying with the idea of going to get some froyo. I wish they delivered. Feeling so lazy…
