Hello! How are you doing? I’m trying to wrap up this post and get out to door to Los Angeles for the IDEA Conference! I am doing a final workout with Gunnar Peterson as part of my partnership with Propel and I’m excited. I also get to see my friends and enjoy some #BlogFest fun!
Luckily IDEA WORLD has been in Southern California the last few years so I’ve been able to go a few times now.
Last year it was in Anaheim and I was on a panel with PB Fingers and Fitnessista.
And I went out to dinner and had amazing food and A LOT of wine <- I always remember what I ate everywhere, every day. I’m weird.
The year before it was in LA (same location as this year).
This morning I hit the road for a run and was happy to stop at a water fountain where I made a little kid friend. He didn’t actually talk to me, but kept coming up close and then taking a step back and coming up again. It was super cute.
Breakfast was courtesy of Veestro, a vegetarian meal delivery service. I’ll talk about it more later!
Lunch was a kale salad with tempeh…
And I’ve been sipping on Spark all day. Specifically, the Fruit Punch Spark is my newest obsession.
In other fun news… I’ve started the modules for the Health Coaching certification with Integrative Nutrition! They have an app so I can learn and research on the go. This is seriously perfect.
Okay, I’ve gotta go! See ya later.

I’m really good at remembering what I ate, b/c I used to track WW points/calories like a LUNATIC. I’m trying to lighten up- this is my second week tracking nothing besides my miles!

Good luck! Changing it up is always hard (but it’s often good for us to do for a while). 🙂

A year ago I was sleep deprived thanks to a new baby who hated sleep.
Fruit Punch Spark is my favorite flavor.
Have a great weekend!

Fun! I want to go to IDEA World. I am an IIN alum. That’s so awesome that you are getting certified!

A year ago I was getting ready for an epic Portland/Oregon Coast/Cali coast adventure. Honestly, kinda happy I’m staying home this week and relaxing (outside of working) but I definitely would like to go back.
I remember the epic meals but sometimes it’s hard to remember what I ate for lunch DAYS ago, let alone a year. 🙂

I started a 5 year diary 2 years ago so I can see EXACTLY what I was doing a year ago today… and two years ago! (I can’t wait to be able to say that I can see what I was doing 5 years ago!) A year ago today I was in the car heading to Boston and then Cape Cod for vacation!!

Oh man I have been wanting to try spark! How are you liking it!? It looks so yummy! I totally remember all important events by what I ate.

I’m terrible about remembering what I ate in the past. I try very hard to journal my food and if I can’t journal right then and there, I snap a picture and catch up later!

I always remember what I ate, and what I was wearing! Totally weird, but I’m right there with you 😉
This time last year I was having a baby!!! He turned 1 on 7/11.
Have a blast at blog fest

A year ago today I was at Disney World eating the most amazing dinner at Ohana’s in the Polynesian resort. It was a belated anniversary celebration.

Tempeh? Is it good? It looks interesting.

I love tempeh. It’s a vegetarian protein.

Random question..do you have a training plan for a full marathon or do you wing it? I have done several halfs and have run for years, what are your thoughts on a training plan? Thanks!
runeatrepeat says
I think you really need a ‘real’ plan for a full marathon if you have a goal or if it’s your 1st/2nd/3rd full marathon. I used a plan my first few full marathons, but now just wing it (but that took a long way to get to).
