Hello! I had a fun day today – it was kind of unexpected, but those are the best kind, right?

This morning I went for a run in my good ol’ Fueled by Watermelon shirt. I ‘save’ this shirt because I originally wore it for the Marine Corps Marathon but never wear it – I figure I should live it up since I love h2o melon year ‘round!

My mom had the day off for Veteran’s day and came over to go shopping. First, we got Pho for lunch. Fo sho.

Then, we hit up the stores for major shoe shopping. My mom needed new running shoes and she tried on a bunch. She decided on a pair of Mizunos – my favorite! I’m happy since I’m a Mizunos girl all the way and I’m excited to hear how she liked them (*Spoiler – I’m giving away Mizuno Running Shoes for POTM next week!!)

I needed shoes too… well, I use the word ‘needed’ loosely. But, even the girl checking me out said these were cute so I think it was a good choice.

This guys slept through all of it…

Overall it was a fun day with my lil mamacita.

Not sure if I’m too late, but I did 25 minutes on a spin bike in the morning on Wednesday
Did a nice bike workout yesterday morning before work. Felt good to do something besides run for once 🙂 I need to remember this and do it more often.
Today is my rest day, although I did do my 16 burpees for my burpee challenge! And tonight I will walk the pups!
No run on Wednesday, but I am heading out on Thursday 🙂

I did a pilates workout to give my legs a break from yesterday.
Ran about 1.5 miles while hubby took pictures of the scenery around me for our new store. Thank goodness it was far away and only of my back… LOL!

today was a testing day so i did a TON of running (literally, running) back and forth across campus. we were on a schedule!
2 miles today, had 4 planned by my hip(s) while it/they don’t lie, decided not to cooperate today :o\
I spent 45 minutes at the gym doing a mix of bike, stairclimber, and abs
Didn’t make my activity goal for the day, but at least I ate wisely! Opted for a chicken salad at lunch instead of the cheeseburger and fries I really wanted. Win some and lose some.

This week is going good – partially thanks to the amazing weather here in Atlanta 🙂 I’m loving running in the cooler morning temps then having sunny and 70 in the afternoon! So far I’m ON TRACK to him my 100 miles running goal for the month. Also, my 14 pound doggie has increased his walks from .8 to 1 mile – LOL so I’m getting in the walking too.

last night was yoga, this AM was abs and the stationary bike, tonight is my 2nd class at Orange Theory – hope it goes well………

I did c25k last night! I started at week 3 and it went really well. I’ve got bootcamp tonight and I’m on day 3 of a 7 day MOvember challenge. I own this week 😉
I’m finally back from a “vacation” (after being stranded in northern Wisconsin in a blizzard…) and will be hitting kickboxing class so hard tonight! Feels great to be back in my routine.
I’ll do 3 after work, hopefully faster than the 3 I did Monday night!
1 mile walk around campus with a friend during my lunch break. Then after work I’m meeting another friend for a 3 miler (walk). 🙂

Made it 2.5 miles last night and was hoping for 4 this morning but my child did not cooperate. Oh well, I will get 3 in tomorrow and then hit up a cardio strength class.

5 miles on the treadmill. I was aiming for a 2 mile walk too. I made it until mile 1.75 until my pregnant stomach had enough bouncing (side stitches), time to break out the belly band!
Checking in: I got my 10k steps yesterday AND went to a barbell strength training class at the gym. I’m trying to get back to being a regular as I start training for my next marathon. Felt great! Up today 5 pace miles. I hate pace miles.

I ended up only doing 5 miles yesterday because my watch died and I just can’t run without a watch! Today I am doing a circuit training class, I had an odd ankle pain after my run last night so I think a day off running is needed. This week I realized my POTM goal was completely unrealistic, I set a goal of 100 miles but I have never ran over 60 miles in a month before. So I an scaling back my goal to just get more than 60! I was so excited for POTM I got a little TOO ambitious!
Ran another 6 miles on the treadmill this morning. Then will do a Body Pump class tonight 🙂
Rest day today!
Today I completed my first run in weeks! (3 miles) I signed up for a 5k Santa race so I want to finish that race strong.
I’m doing so much better this week! The nice weather helped, but we are back in the 30s again 🙁 I’m planning on at least a short run tonight. Maybe longer if I can squeeze it in.

ran intervals on a curve treadmill last night for about 26min. have you heard of these treadmills? They’re a curved, flexible rubber platform that doesn’t require any plugins. You basically control your pace by how you’re positioned so it was pretty hard since there’s a lot of core control and concentration needed. Not to mention, it feels like you’re running up a hill the entire time!
Looking forward to running close to 5-6 mi this afternoon followed by some core work.

Got my walking in shoveling again this morning. total of 3 for the day.
I didn’t want to get out of bed, but I made a deal with myself that if I woke up at 5, I could do a nice and easy yoga routine. Feeling great!

An hour of core this morning followed by a quick 3-miler before work.
I will run in ice, snow, rain, whatever, without batting an eye. This morning at 3 AM, however, I woke up to 30+ mph winds. Nope! That’s my limit! Stayed in bed and got some well-needed rest today.
Run tonight, 10 ish km’s… I’m a mizuno girl too… keep trying others and settling back on my trusty waveriders 🙂

Doing great! I started incorporating some beginner’s yoga for runners to my rest days, so I did that this morning. Loved it!
Pilates and yoga all the way today, man.

Since I ran my half mary on Sunday, I’m just taking it pretty easy for the rest of the week. Still on target for my potm goal though!
