Hello! How are you? This morning I am up and ready to do a little shake out run and spend a lot of time stretching again. I wasn’t sore at all after the Santa Clarita Marathon but I know I need to give myself time to rest and rebuild.
Also, I’m glad that it’s finally cooling off for Fall but… I’m also FREEZING right now and it’s 49 degrees.

I think I pulled a calf muscle last week because my right calf cramped up mid-stride during a 5 mile run. Not fun. Have been taking it easy on running since then and then yesterday, BAM, ran 2.5 miles and ended up with a bruise running up the interior of my shin and my calf is swollen. GRRRRR
Just got back my stride/time/mileage after being down for 4 weeks due to 5 broken ribs and now I may have a boot on my right foot. not happy.

I was supposed to do 1.5 miles on the run, but my hip was bugging me. It was sore from trail running this weekend, and I have a trail race on Sat, so I decided to give it a break. I’ll do some yoga tonight and hopefully run a little tomorrow afternoon.
I ran 4.25 miles this morning! My puppy did 2.7 with me. He’s trying to up his mileage, too.
More work landed overnight so I had to take care of that (it’s due Thursday at 2PM) but I managed to squeeze in a 20 minute walk to get lottery tickets at the gas station (jackpot is huge!) 3-miler tomorrow, fo’ sho’.

Woke up to rain this morning, so did Total Synergistics from P90X3 this morning to get my blood pumping.
Today I’m still super sore from my (first!) half, so I took a 2 mile walk to get my blood flowing. Can’t wait till I can run again!
Treadmill run for me since it is supposed to rain all day, which we so badly need!!

Started the morning with 90 minutes of hot yoga – perfect way to start my day!
A “rest” day from running for me today…weights and elliptical at the gym, instead!
Today shall be a rest day. Im planning on exercising Monday Wednesdays and Fridays unless something comes up then ill swap a day.. plus im sore from body pump yesterday haha

Run rest day so I hit the elliptical for 30 mins and did strength training. Most importantly I voted!!

I ran 3 miles yesterday and I am hoping for a 4 mile run today.
My overall goal is to run approximately 80 miles this month (despite being on vacation for a week during the month).
I got in over 10,000 steps yesterday and that’s my goal again today. I’ll be doing a workout with Jillian and walking after work. 3 days down in November over 30,000 steps so far 🙂

I said I was resting yesterday…but I just couldn’t sit still and ended up dong a full body weights session at the gym! Now I am actually taking a day off today – desperately needing to stretch!

Well, my exercise was 30 minutes of playing chase with my dog at the park this morning.
And I’ll be taking a 1 mile walk to and from my lunch meeting this afternoon. I should have been running 3 miles but the dog’s face convinced me to let him have his exercise.

I went to CrossFit this morning. Push presses, power cleans, and three rounds of thrusters, deadlifts and 400m sprints. Plus I biked to and from the gym and am done with 1 of 3 dog walks of half a mile or more. Lots of incidental exercise.
I ran 3.4 miles this morning, saw a good portion of the sunrise!
Rest day for me today. I’m going to do some strength training with weights later for some exercise!

Started off my morning with a 3.1 mile run… After work, I’m going to do a little 45 minute circuit training / lifting routine. I’m going to attempt to run a mile before and a mile after, but it really depends on my energy level! Around 7 miles down… 93 miles to go!
Plan to do an interval workout on the treadmill and some strength work.
I’m doing an easy 5 miler and taking a PiYo class after! Great way to stretch and get ready for my race on Sunday. I’m at mile 18/100 for the month!

Forgot to check in yesterday so bummed about that but it was a lazy day anyway. Unless you count “running” errands. So today I just finished a two mile walk with my dog. Running tomorrow 🙂
I planked for 2 min 20 sec and I’m going for a short treadmill run this afternoon.
I’m taking a rest day today. Probably some stretching or yoga later on. I’m feeling kinda blah and don’t want to push it.
