Rush rush!

Breakfast

FacebookTweetPin
15 Jan

I’m in a major rush because I made a same day doctor’s appointment  for this morning and I have to go in and take my test by noon!

I woke up and did 30 minutes on the elliptical. I intended on doing some ab and arm work too, but now I don’t have time 🙁 I’m going to do it after the test – I love that announcing things on the blog makes me accountable!

I’m currently enjoying oats in a jar – this is my fave PB right now 🙂IMG_4134

With banana, soy milk, cinnamon, vanilla, stevia and chia seeds – YummmmmIMG_4138Now I’m off to school, doctors, more exercise and then other writing stuff 🙂

Have a great Friday!!!

I’m not fond of rushing myself to get from one place to another. It messes up my day.

i’m going to be the pariah of the blogging community, but i haven’t found oats in a jar to be any tastier than regular oats…is that bad? they do LOOK a lot cooler though!

i just found your blog, and am so excited to continue reading about your journey. you and i have a lot in common with our current status in weight loss. you can do it!

Oats in a jar rock! I’ve been on an almond butter kick for a while and switched it up to peanut butter recently – love!

I’ve really been wanting to try chia seeds, but haven’t been able to find them, even at Whole Foods. where do you get yours?

Mmmm that oatmeal looks good 🙂 I wish I knew what chia seeds were – are the like linseeds? Soy milk is by far the most superior milk too, beats cows’ milk everytime! Good luck in your test/the doctors! what a crummy day 🙁
