Seitan and Pasta

My mom asked me to throw something together for dinner since she had to take Matt to basketball practice and they would be home hungry. She had thawed out ground turkey and I cooked something up and had a few tastes while cooking.

My dinner was centered around this:dscn6283

I mixed it up with some ww pasta, green beans and seasoning 🙂dscn6288

Dessert was a lot of grapes while I was reading a very interesting Reader’s Digest article about a  guy who eat vegetarian until dinner everyday and lost a lot of weight.

I might have some tea right now and call it a night 🙂
