Instead of a food recap post I have something fun to share… I’m featured on Fitness Magazine’s Fit Stop page today!!! Check out why I scream the “F word” while running and other random thoughts…
Also, you can enjoy tolerate my latest Ask a Monican…
Run Eat Repeat talks about:
-
Did you know you’re going to die because you drink diet soda?
-
How did Lent affect your Intuitive Eating
-
What’s your favorite Real Housewives city?
Oh, and I totally realize I have a major shark fin in this video. Sorry.
Ben and I both have kinda crazy weekend schedules so we’re gonna spend some quality time tonight. See ya later
How cool to be on thefitstop! And yes, love that song. 😀
That’s the funny thing about life, no one gets out of it alive! So a little diet pop isn’t going to kill me. And hey, if it does, that’s my vice! Personally I only drink one can a day, and always with a meal so I am actually eating calories with it. To each their own!
I feel the same way about conquering my Diet Coke and gum addiction. I have bigger issues to overcome before I start tackling those.
Congrats on being featured – such an honor.
Love the analysis of real house wives! I used to live in Atlanta, and it’s fun to recognize the places they go to on the show.
So, is Atlanta your fave then?
It’s a tie between ATL and OC. Love the OC because it was first, and ATL is a riot IMO!
I love what you said about accepting and preferring not being completely perfect. I also like how real your blog seems. Some healthy living blogs can come off so ‘perfect’ that it makes it almost harder to relate to, but your mix of mostly healthy and exceptions for things you recognize you really want as well as trying to improve on the areas that you want to see improvement is way more relatable!
YAHOO Monica!!!! You go, girl!! 😀
By the way, I know I’m going to die drinking diet soda, but I also know I’m still going to die eating organic broccoli and all the other “good stuff.” I know I have my vice…but since I’m always going to end up dead some day, my twisted logic is, I’d rather switch a few years for what makes me happy, which is the ice-cold diet soda during a hot summer day…
Thanks Sophia 🙂
Amen!!
