Hello!!! I am starting my day with a lil run. Shocker.
But before I forget I wanted to stop in and tell you about my ice cream social party. Recently the lovely people at Yasso contacted me about having a party for my friends. YES!!! Eating fro-yo is already like a party, right?!
Except the one bummer about living my life on the internet is that I have no friends.
So, I posted a Craigslist ad offering delicious frozen greek yogurt in exchange for friendship. And it worked!
Next thing ya know I”m bumping some JayZ and eating fro-yo with my new friends!! Double win 
I got a variety of flavors for the party, but my local store didn’t have my favorite flavor – Mint Chocolate Chip. Boo.
If this flavor is in a store near you, get it. They make 11 flavors. (At the party Salted Caramel was the most popular so try that one too.)
And imagine my surprise when none other than SkinnyRunner herself showed up at my fiesta! She can be coaxed back onto the internet with sweet treats. Hey, we all have a price.

I died a little when I saw there was salted caramel. That is by far my favorite ice cream and gu (not together but that could be delicious!) flavors! I just bought a pint from whole foods last night and it will be my dinner after I knock out 7 miles tonight in this wretched heat and humidity.
