I noticed as I was downloading these pictures that sometimes I eat things because I think I should. I make myself eat it because it’s healthy or because I need protein or something like that. The problem is I don’t really want these things so I end up not satisfied and I ate unnecessary calories. Boo.
Breakfast was 1/3c oat bran made with almond milk and topped with 2 tsp brown sugar. Estimate: 200. I love this stuff. I don’t know what I am going to do in the summer. It’s getting too hot to eat this.
I had a yogurt when I got to work because I figured I needed protein. Hmm. Here it is again. I didn’t really want yogurt, I just thought I should have it. But, I do need protein in the morning right? What is a girl to do? Estimate: 110
