Is everyone as happy as me that it’s Thursday? I am so ready for the weekend!!!
I slept in a little bit today and feel so much better than I did yesterday. I think part of the reason I didn’t want to run yesterday was I was sooo tired. I am a huge advocate for enough sleep – it makes a big difference in my day.
I started the day with an easy 4 mile run and a cool down walk.
I was craving a crunch with my oats today so crunched up a walnut and added a raisin for topping 🙂 Other than that it was my usual combo.
