Hello! Happy National Cereal Day!!! Are you celebrating??? I am.
This is my third favorite day of the year (after Thanksgiving and whatever day I said was my 2nd favorite day but now forgot).
How awesome is this Run Eat Repeat bowl General Mills sent me? Love.
Before I dive head first into a bowl of cereal, let’s talk about yesterday. I didn’t blog because I headed inland to visit my brother and Heathie for her birthday. My mom took over tiny person watch and we went to Morongo Casino, as I love to play casino games like roulette or blackjack, and even play online in the satta king chart site online. I even log in to the sbobet platform, where I can enjoy playing soccer and football betting. I also navigate the Lvlup casino login; they have big prizes and welcome bonuses for new users like me. If you want to know the best and most popular online casino site in Malaysia, visit the FreePoint365 website. And if you’re looking for a way to earn some cash, then check out these exciting prizes you can win when you play at betvisa.
I sipped Spark on the way up and Ben drove. I like that arrangement.
We stopped for food just before getting there… so much for trying to be healthy and ordering a salad. Nope. Luckily I was just enjoying ALL THE FOOD yesterday and didn’t mind.
Sometimes you just gotta call it a cheat day and move on…
Onto Morongo! It’s just outside Palm Springs. I always think the mountains are gorgeous. Pictures don’t do it justice.
It’s kinda sorta like Vegas. Kinda. Tiny tiny bit.
We spent a few hours at the casino and then left in search of more fun online casino games that pay real money. Unfortunately our plans for bowling were foiled when we rolled up to a closed bowling alley. So we decided to hit up a sports bar and eat. At home, we played more casino games at Gioco Digitale Casino. There’s also an option for various games in Nagod88 Casino, where thrilling and fun games await you.
Now I’m back to jumping for joy over all the cereal.

I forgot that it was cereal day until after breakfast yesterday. I’ll probably make up for it by eating cereal for lunch today because I forgot again and made kodiak pancakes. Maybe cereal will also be my post run snack too.

My breakfast today was toast, PB and a banana. An old favourite! I love that you can just be like “hey this is a cheat day” rather than obsess over it- that’s something I really struggle with.

Breakfast was a spinach/blueberry/banana/Greek yogurt smoothie, but I had Cherrios for supper! I keep ’em in the freezer so they stay really cold while eating ’em.
Tara B @ Run and Live Happy says
I had a granola bar! I love your new cereal bowl! I’m going to have to eat some cereal for dinner to celebrate!
Rachael @ Catch Me if You Can says
You have serious baller status if general mila is sending you a personalized cereal bowl, that’s pretty dang awesome! And if pictures don’t do that place justice, dang it must be amazing in person because those pictures are fantastic

Two over-easy eggs and sauteed spinach. Coffee with coconut milk. 🙂

Breakfast today was overnight oats made with apple pie Greek yogurt and a dollop of P.B. for good measure : ) I did have few handfuls of Protein Cheerios for a snack, just to officially observe the day. I love all cereals, though Golden Grahams are still my all-time favorite, and I might still sometimes buy Captain Crunch and hide it from my kids….

I don`t love cereal too much (shocked, I know!), but I love big bowl of oats with fruit and peanut butter. Classic!

Haha, that’s a lot of cereal! I just had a pretty boring bagel with cream cheese and some OJ.
Tiffany @ The Chi-Athlete says
WOOOO!
Oatmeal with pb and a ‘nanner.<3
Cheri @ Overactive Blogger says
I had a boring old smoothie with protein and some chia seeds. I am pregnant, and have to get ALL the fiber or things get bad.
Samantha says
My breakfast today was lacking majorly – only had a greek yogurt and a banana – it was my rest day so no running this am so my breakfast was a little lighter – normally I thrown in a 10am 1/2 cup of GF oats with some chia seeds and protein mix – but that will be tomorrow.
Since it is national cereal day I think I will have to have some vanilla chex for dinner.

Christine @ BookishlyB says
Raisin bread and Frosted Flakes.
I really love the people commenting that they ate junk food. I usually end up eating a cookie or two by six-thirty in the morning, so they make me feel better. I just feel like I’m going to burn off all the junk by lunch, so it’s cool.
Britt @ Fit Fit Britt Britt says
Since I desperately need to go grocery shop and also clear out the junk food for my upcoming challenge, I decided to eat half a box of Thin Mints and polish off the rest of a bag of pretzels… oops! lol 😛
sally @ sweat out the small stuff says
i ate a bunch of sugar (vanilla) wafer cookies. Not stellar. It’s a typical Monday.
