Yo quiero breakfast!

After a bad 6 miles this morning I was running super late. I normally make breakfast at home and eat it on the way to work when I’m late (which is always). But, I didn’t even have time for that today, so I grabbed a plum from my bag and ate it while driving. When I got to work I made oat bran with 1 egg white and topped it with brown sugar and PB. I don’t know if it was because I was starving at this point or what, but it was AMAZING! I didn’t think it was going to be enough, but I was pretty full after eating. Maybe it was because of the egg white that added extra protein? Normally when I wait over an hour or more to eat after running I am hungry all day. It’s like it throws my body “off” and I can’t get satisfied. I hope this doesn’t happen today. I am going to try to be really good about drinking water and keep my belly happy 🙂
