Last week I shared a very easy but very indulgent Smores Dip Recipe. This week my recipe is healthier, but still super delicious. I made a light peanut butter dip recipe. It’s creamy from greek yogurt plus that adds some protein to the dip too.
I used this PB Powder. You can get some at a health food store, but I’ve also seen it at Target, Ralphs, Walmart and online.
Sure you can make this dip for a potluck or your next book club / Bible study / wine night / other social gathering but I may have made it for a random Thursday night while I was catching up on TV and hanging out with my cat. And maybe I pretended like I was on The People’s Couch while trying to get Vegas to join in on my witty remarks. He wasn’t into it. There goes our opportunity at fame. Thanks cat.
Skinny Peanut Dip Recipe
Ingredients: 1 6oz. Vanilla Greek yogurt, ½ cup PB powder, ¼ cup sf syrup OR honey OR agave
Directions: Mix. Dip with fruit (or whatever you deem appropriate).
Store any leftover dip in the refrigerator. (But I didn’t have any leftover!)
Enjoy!

or you could freeze the bananas and then dip them! 🙂

I probably wouldn’t because of the reason you mentioned but I would eat the dip with a banana on my own to enjoy!

I bet if you put a tiny bit of lemon juice on the bananas, it would keep them from browning so quickly 🙂 Looks yummy and Vegas is adorable as always!

I pretty much buy my bananas green so no issue with them ripening too quick while watching Lucifer with this fantastic dip. I almost feel guilty from how fast I go through it! Thanks for sharing.

I would do bananas but cut them right before you put it our to serve. Maybe even put the fruit on little skewers.

People’s Couch….Love!

This sounds yummy and is so easy! I wouldn’t bother with fruit, just eat it with a spoon!

Bananas are sorta difficult for dipping unless they’re not quite ripe and therefore more firm. But I prefer my bananas that way, so maybe it would work. I use powdered peanut butter and fat-free Greek yogurt to stuff in Kongs for my dogs! They love pb but all that fat can be tough on their little livers, so the powdered stuff is the perfect solution.

If just eating with Vegas then yes, if bringing it to a party probably not ~ just my take. 😉

Why not?! Though I would totally dip bananas in chocolate!

I’d do bananas! I’ve been trying to mix fruit with my deserts to make them healthier so this sounds like a good idea.
