Hello from Fitbloggin!

This morning started with a banana. You’ve got to fuel up before you run!tina from carrotsncake

Then, the banana Tina, Lindsay and I ran 4 miles around the inner harbor. baltimore harbor

It was gorgeous out!

I did a quick wardrobe change and headed down for breakfast. This is a breakfast quinoa with cream cheese & fruit and an egg quinoa frittata.

My presentation with REFUEL was right after breakfast so I didn’t have time to get nervous. That was nice Smile

I think it went well and we had a lot of great questions at the end!

After the presentation I hung around the REFUEL booth. I’m kinda of obsessed with Mirinda Carfrae so I love that she’s representing on our signs.IMG_7728 (600x800)

    What a wonderful world we live in …. to be compensated for saying you love and drink CHOCOLATE MILK…and REFUEL with it too…I would totally want to be on that team but what would they do for me??? I don’t run long distances (not more than 6 miles) and I don’t have the bloggin savvy like you gals do.

    What can I say I drink alone. 😉

    I am sofreaking obsessed with chocolate milk. I will not make a video about how I use it after I work out because I am very camera-awkward but oh my gosh I love it.

    My takeaway from this is that you are standing with someone in a Colt 45 shirt. Amazing. If you see him again can you ask where he got it? I totally want to get my husband one for Christmas.
