Hello! How’s it going? Sorry this post is a little late – hope you didn’t think I died from all the moldy yogurt!

Actually, I kinda do hope you thought I died because then it shows you care and were paying attention.

Anyway. Today is busy and my intern is no help so let’s get to it…

Another day, another run. I wore my headphones but didn’t turn them on because I was lost in my head movies. Running is the best therapy when it’s too early to drink with your best friend.

Favorite RUN

Disneyland Half Marathon Recap

My favorite run of the month was the Disneyland Half Marathon. It was fun. It’s near by. It’s at the happiest place on Earth hello!! No other run stood a change against this one.

Favorite EAT

Hummus Salad Dressing Recipe is an oldie and goodie that I’ll make until I die (from moldy yogurt).

But the straight up most delicious was that french fries & margarita dinner with the girls.

    The day/time I want a repeat: breakfast with my running group at McD after the group run was postponed due to a downpour. Best 2 hours of September chatting, cajoling, poking fun at each other. Yes, we did managed to run when the rain stopped – 4.5km against the originally planned 20km. LOL! Hey, it was getting late and the sun was coming up. Plus no one wanted a McD projectile. 😛

    The best thing I did in September was join a tae kwon do class. It’s really challenging, but I love it.

    I had a really amazing run in September, it showed me how much faster I’m getting!

    I also had my first Salted Watermelon GU, which is pretty much my new favorite thing!

    oh crap..I forgot you ate moldy yogurt and I fed mine old yogurt..that is what happens when you live in denial.

    My favorite eat for September is the root beer float I had after hiking one day a few weeks ago.

    Also September is the most miles I ran in one month since April. I was injured for May June July and took it slow in August. So I feel like I am back to “normal” 🙂

    The best thing? The best thing was that run I accomplished and felt like a superhero afterwards. it was a run with a friend. we chatted and caught up with each other and that was so nice!

    Hmm… I have a workout partner who resembles your intern a bit. He is a little bigger and has floppy ears but is about as motivating as your little friend there. lol. He always insists to lay next to my while I work out and take a nap… rubbing it in my face lol!

    I love September…personally because it is my birthday month. But I tried some amazing new recipes and had some great runs. My favorite run was this past weekend when I was running in the rain. Felt so good! If I had to pick my favorite recipe I would say it was my Quinoa Black Bean Enchilada Casserole.
