Hello! I just had the best day hanging out in the Gulf of Mexico. I’d feel super fancy if it wasn’t for the fact that our boat broke. Ha! Seriously.

beautiful FL (800x600)

But before all that we had a ton of fun – it was a GORGEOUS day x1000.

chillin (600x800) i'm on a boat (800x600) beautiful day in FL (800x600)

Luckily the day was 98% a success since we had fun and saw dolphins playing.

Check out this video on my Insta for dolphin jumping action!! Made.my.life.

Then we got back and I made my mom’s famous Turkey Noodle Casserole for Ben’s family. They loved it! (Or at least told me they loved it to be nice and I appreciate that either way.)

Last year I did a great fitness challenge and I wanted to do it again since you are on a roll already with the Pile on the Miles success! Let’s keep it up!

25 Days of Fitness Challenge

This is the 25 Days of Fitness Challenge = each day in December from the 1st to the 25th there is an extra set of exercises or a sweat related challenge to add to your fitness routine to push your body a little more this month! Do it do it.

I loved POTM so I made a challenge for myself for December. 24 hours of exercise total so I’m counting minutes rather than miles this time! I will incorporate your challenge in to it as well 🙂

Love your hat in the boat picture!

I love the Gulf! Hope you have enjoyed your time there. We like to go every once in a while because I have family there too. Ps- we need the recipe for Turkey Noodle Casserole!

I’ve got frozen peas on my knee and my ankle. I need to ease up on running this month 🙁
But I will make an effort to work on my strength this month. Hmmm as a matter of fact I hear planks calling me!

Hmmm..started the month with a 3.5 mile hike at Kiara Hills followed by abs crunches at the gym. So I guess I’m in.

You look great! Boat troubles are always a bummer but at least you got some fun in before that happened. I can’t tell you how many times we’ve gone out to the lake and the boat has trouble right as we get there. Love Love Love dolphins, as long as I don’t mistake them for sharks which I often do. Lol.

Oh yeah, if I was swimming and saw dolphins in the water with me I would probably think they were sharks and have a heart attack.
