Good Stuff and Not So Good

Hello! How’s it going? Over here it’s going great! Well, it’s going great except for a few tiny lil not so good things…

Good stuff:

I went out for Taco Tuesday and a local bar makes amazing Skinny Margaritas. Plus a couple promo girls were giving out free shots!

Not so good:

I very dramatically managed to knock over my practically full margarita (#3) and it flew across the bar and broke the glass. Luckily no one was hurt. I was so embarrassed because it few toward a couple I was talking to earlier. They thought it was funny and were over it in a second.

People did think I was pretty buzzed though… I was.

Good stuff:

I didn’t wake up feeling bad considering all those margaritas.

Not so good stuff:

I didn’t get a picture with the token sombrero being passed around. Next time I’ll bring my own.

Good stuff:

Vegas is the cutest thing when he’s sleeping. I love his little paws.

Good stuff:

I got an unexpected delivery from Health Warrior yesterday. It was big box of their chia seed bars. I was hungry so it was perfect timing for a snack!

Not so good stuff:

I paired it with a Diet DP, which is basically poison (but I don’t want to live forever so I have to cancel out some of the health benefits of the other stuff I eat).

Good stuff:

I bought a watermelon and enjoyed some after my run this morning.

Not so good stuff:

Now it’s all gone. Boo.

 

Good stuff:

I am finally getting my bangs trimmed today!

Not so good stuff:

They never come out right at first and I always end up having a few awkward bangs days.

      Love the vegas death stare—haha! So sorry about knocking the margarita over! Was it empty?! Also, they should have given you the token sombrero for multiple photos after the margarita glass broke haha

      Your post was something good in my life today because it made me laugh…so thaaaaaaank you!

      Also good: boot camp class followed by a sweaty hot vinyasa class. Why is it so addictive?
      Throw in an afternoon run and my own post-run watermelon binge and I’m one happy chick.

      I love to bug my cat, too. When he’s sleeping deeply, I take “embarrassing” pictures of him (once I places a small stuffed animal under his arm, and took a picture, another time he was so out of it that his tongue was sticking out while he slept, etc). He’s so cute when he’s annoyed. I realize I’m probably the reason cats bite…

      Good stuff: made it out for a short 3.35 (hey, every step counts!) the past two days. Considering I sleep 6 hours or less, cook for four people every morning and get to my full/time job by 7:45, it’s a straight-up Jesus Miracle that that happened!

      Bad stuff: I’m dead-dog tired and my arm hurts from patting myself on the back 😉

      It seems like the good outweighed the bad there!! It is hard to find a skinny margarita that is still a margarita. Good stuff for me – I have a week and a half off between volleyball sessions (been going for 6 straight months, 7 days a week!). Bad – I have a week and half off before I’m back to coaching. I never know what to do with myself when I’m off!

      vegas has some great mean mugs, his looks are on point!! i love “skinny” margaritas…which to me means they are wade without all that sugary crap but with the real stuff and that stuff is POTENT! good stuff for me…its bonus payday tomorrow and im doing to disneyland…just kidding about the disneyland part, it just felt right 😉 ok well i am actually going to disney world saturday so YES more good stuff!!!

      Are they really skinny margarita’s or just in a tall skinny glass? Either way the real downfall is that you spilled it and wasn’t able to enjoy it! Good in my life today is I ran my fastest 10k (technically last night but, still happy today about it!!!) bad thing I have a tight calf from running our 1st full a week & half ago 🙁 Happy Thursday 😀
