August Miles Total 2021 – Running Template to Share on Instagram & Facebook

Another month down and time to round up your monthly miles (if you’re into that sorta thing). I have 3 Templates for Runners to share how many miles you ran this month on Instagram, Facebook or your blog.

All of the graphics are free to use and share on social media – just please credit @RunEatRepeat by tagging or mentioning.

August Miles Total 2021 – Running Template to Share on Instagram & Facebook

How to use the templates with Instagram Stories:
  1. Screenshot the template or save it to your phone.
  2. Open Instagram Stories and select the template. Select the “Aa” at the top to add text & type in your Total Miles.
  3. Save it by pressing the down arrow at the top.
  4. Post to Instagram, your Insta Story, Facebook or your website & tag @RunEatRepeat or RunEatRepeat.com
Another way to use the templates (without Instagram stories):
  1. Screenshot the template or save it to your phone.
  2. Add your total miles run in a photo editing app (or screen writing app).
  3. Post to Instagram, Facebook or your website & tag @RunEatRepeat or RunEatRepeat.com
