Fit Food Review TJ’s PB&J Greek Yogurt VLOG

Healthy Living· What Runners Eat

Hello! How’s it going? Sorry if you actually kinda like me a little and have noticed I’ve been posting less. I’m studying to be a Health Coach and am doing the Integrative Nutrition program. It’s taking up some of the time I used to be posting so I’ve stepped it down to once a day.

The good news is, I really really love the program so far and am learning so much. I am eating all this information up (no pun intended) and find myself nodding while listening to lectures or telling my mom about something new I learned all the time.

Anyway. Yeah. I’m still blogging daily, but probably just once a day most of the time, depending on life and stuff.

Let’s get to it! Last night I made a very random but delicious stir-fry with eggs and almond slivers.

And this morning I couldn’t decide between a smoothie or oatmeal, so I had both. Works for me.

Have you tried the newish Quaker Steel Cut oats? I love the texture of steel cut oatmeal so I was all about this.

In my green smoothie: Frozen banana, handful spinach, half scoop protein powder, ice, almond milk.

I am on a roll this week with videos! I made another fit food review vlog to share. This one is about Trader Joe’s new Peanut Butter and Jelly Greek Yogurt.

Question: Have you tried this yogurt yet? Anything else new I should check out?

Do you like oatmeal? Steel cut oats?

I read this last week and felt compelled to comment since I just put peanut butter in my TJ’s Greek Pomegranate yogurt and changed my life! I haven’t had the actual PB&J one but this is most likely better.

Steal cut oatmeal with big chunks of watermelon on top!! Sounds a bit weird but really good. Only bad thing is, I went to the grocery store the other day, and they wanted $9 for a quarter watermelon!! Does that mean $36 for a watermelon??? I’ll have to shop elsewhere for that!

Ah man I love the look of that stir-fry! It looks like pretty much what I’ve been living off the past two weeks. Such a quick dinner, I love it. I just taught my flatmate to cook it since he can’t really cook and is looking to get healthy 🙂

I`m also a student at IIN and I`m loving it! I agree though, it takes A lot of the free time you once had! When do you graduate?

Lately I’m loving Better Body Foods Coconut oil 😀

Glad you are liking the program! I really have to be in the mode for oatmeal. I’ll use oats in recipes but that’s about it.

I absolutely love steel cut oatmeal;my favorite actually. BUT I don’t like waiting thirty minutes for it to be ready since I don’t have much time to cook in the morning. I wakeup, run, shower and work. I only have a few minutes for breakfast.

I probably have time to make ‘real’ steel cut oats but just can’t make myself wait that long to eat. Have you ever tried them in the crock pot? You can cook them overnight and they’re ready in the morning.

If you add a tablespoon of peanut butter to that smoothie recipe, all of your wildest dreams will come true!

I did not like it either…you have not talked about the new lips though!! Now that Kylie Jenner’s lips have their own zip code, every one is getting them done!
