Hello! How’s it going? I’m over here watching Total Divas with Vegas on the couch. He likes that I’m addicted to TV because he feels like I’m just here to hang out with him and wants me to change my running blog to a cat pics blog.

It’s September!

This year has flown by surprisingly fast. I know everyone says that, but I have probably had one of the roughest years of my life so far. There were some super long days in there so I guess that’s why I feel like it’s weird that it’s 3/4 over. I really haven’t been as busy as usual with races or travel either. I’m looking forward to the fall marathon and half marathon season. Plus some more travel!

But before we move forward, let’s look back real quick. Here is my favorite RUN EAT and REPEAT blog post from August.

    My magical week in Jamaica with my boyfriend. It was the longest stretch of time we have had to spend together and it was lovely.

    I’m sorry you have had a rough year. And I’m sorry the pb n j yogurt only got a side ways thumb. Bummer!

    I’m so glad fall is on its way! August was such a busy month for me that came with a lot of mixed emotions about life changes. So, I guess I’m glad its over so that I can embrace all these great changes!!

    Best part of August is… that it’s not August anymore. Seriously, a very stressful month, just so busy! However, in all seriousness, I jumped back on the half ironman training and got a lot of good runs, rides, and swims under my belt, got a lot of good work done, and spent a LOT of time with family so it’s all good!

    Best part of August was attending a beer and wine festival. Nothing real spectacular happened for me this month so here hoping September is a bit better…for me and you!

    Best part of August …. is that it’s over! I received a lot of great blog opportunities last month that I’m really excited for, but I’ve been looking forward to September for months! Baby is due, it’s our 1 year wedding anniversary, and we are moving to Fl to live with my parents for a few weeks before we go to Alaska.

    The best part of August for me was moving house! I’m laid up with a running injury at the moment so there are no running favourites! Food wise… peanut butter. I discovered a new maple and pecan one in the UK and I’m obsessed!
