Another lucky 7 today! It was warm here in SoCal and I got up late so I had to tough it up and deal with the heat. Let’s hope I can maintain this. LAUSD 5K this Saturday and the Ortega Turkey Trot next week!

Vegas – ahh so much fun. Love the pics. Got a 2.5 mile walk in yesterday and today is a rest day and time to get things ready for the week.
Went for a 10.5 mile run yesterday to hit my 20 mile goal for the week. Today I did 30 minutes of cross-training and 30 minutes of strength training.
I ran the Richmond half and crushed my goal with a new 1:39:39 PR! Have fun in Vegas 🙂
I ran 5 miles in the cold and snow this morning.
Walked 2.5 miles with the dog and then added on some more steps walking to and from the Badger football game!

The snow and freezing weather kept me from running again today. It was a really rough week for me with a sick kid and snow so I only got in 5 miles for the while week. I really need to kick it in high gear once my kid gets to feeling better!

Ran 5 miles with my pup this morning. Walked/ran/worked out in some way everyday. Super proud of myself.
Yesterday was my rest day so I just did some walking around town with friends.

5k, plus core work…
No running for me on Saturday. But as usual I did work which means I walk a few miles around my store!!!
I ran a grand total of 8 miles. Ha. Pretty bad considering I usually run 25-35 mpw. Oh well. I can take it easy before I start my next HM training cycle in a few weeks 🙂

Saturday was restday which is almost a religion to me the way me and my boyfriend just sit and vegetate on the couch. If I’m lucky there’s also beer. Today, on Sunday, I ran 16 km (which is almost 10 miles – thanks google) I’m pretty happy about it. First half marathon here I come!!!

Richmond Marathon this morning soooo 26.2 miles for my fourth run of the week. Aaaaand now at squad duty. Clearly I enjoy torturing myself.
Well, I didn’t quite meet either my running or yoga goals, but I did get in some miles and some yoga and lots of cross-training via shoveling.

I ran the fit foodie 5k in San diego today and kept thinking about you cause everyone was wearing shirts that said run, eat, drink, repeat…..at first I thought you had a bunch of followers there but then I realized it was the race shirt.

It was a really good week for me! Ran 14 miles and did tons of strength training. Plus I still managed to fit in laundry and cleaned the apartment, too! Here’s hoping next week is just as good…

I did well this week. My goal was to work out three times a week and so far I’ve worked out four. I plan on working out tomorrow so that will be a total of five.
Haven’t worked out today…my feet have been hurting so took the last three days off

Today was a rest day, but I moved several dozen boxes from the basement to the second floor in attempts to unpack the house.

Got in 3 of my 4 days for hamstring exercises so far, with the 4th one coming tomorrow! This morning I went on a 50 min hike with my dog and husband, then we did some volunteer work removing invasive ivy from a local park, and then I hit up the gym for 30 min bike + 15 min upper body strength work and foam roll/abs. Good active day so far! 🙂
