Weird Waffle Wednesday

I knew I had Kashi waffles in the freezer that were on their last leg so I wanted to make them for Waffle Wednesday this morning. But, one waffle was a lot thicker and a little bigger around then the other! It resulted in one of them getting burnt in the toaster even though I cooked them for the same amount of time.

I topped the waffles with greek yogurt mixed with chia seeds, pumpkin butter and my new obsession TJ’s almond butter.

Exercise – Before my waffle breakfast I did Jillian’s 30 Day Shred Levels 1 & 2. My knee feels totally fine today, but that’s probably because I didn’t run.

“California here I come!” This afternoon to be exact 😉

    I just got The Shred in the mail today! I’m about to attempt it. And most likely get my butt kicked…

    Yummy waffles, Kashi is the best. I like to top mine with yogurt, almond butter, and pumpkin butter.. yum!

    mmm waffles,..haven’t had them in an age! I must make some soon 🙂 all the ready made ones in England are packed full of nasty additives etc 🙁
