Hello! I have a post with my favorite Run Eat and Repeat from March coming soon! But first I wanted to touch base real fast because it’s week 7 of the 1st half marathon training plan!! Since yesterday was Easter I didn’t update the group on the runs and reminders we’re doing this week. But first…

I’m sad to announce that the Run Eat Repeat Relay Race was an April Fool’s Day joke. It wasn’t as good as last year’s Peanut Butter and Pickle Smoothie but I did get a lot of messages that you’d want a RER relay!!

Week 7 of the plan… we’re starting to get into longer runs. Make time for it in your schedule. Your running will take more time and so will your warm up and recovery – PLAN PLAN PLAN for this.

      I totally emailed my sister about the relay race. I read the post the day after, so I didn’t even make the connection with April Fool’s. Donuts + running. I think you need to make this happen.

      Well I am glad the relay was a joke because I was soooo bummed I wouldn’t be able to do it! Good one, Monica!

      p.s. I have a hip stress fracture- so no running or any activity for me for 4-6 weeks. So bummed, but I am following doctors orders.
