Blood, Sweat and Cheers Giveaway

Fun

15 Jul

Remember how I mentioned that I am trying to get ‘back to basics’ with healthy living? I’m doing things like getting in a walk during the day and focusing on whole foods. This morning I had oats in a jar – that’s back to basics and a throwback in one!

oats in a jar

I’ve also been wearing my Fitbit to track my steps in this effort. It’s the little things, right?

And I have a super awesome giveaway for you – a waterproof Nike+ Fuel band so you can track your activity too! The band tracks your activity during the day and you can set goals and see your progress online and with their app.

nike plus fuel band

Blood, Sweat and Cheers wanted to reach out to RER readers with this giveaway. BSC is a fun daily email that sends you ideas of how to get active with your friends. It’s not just races but things like crazy obstacle courses, local beers and bar games, workouts that don’t feel like work and the sweetest new gear reviews.

Waterproof Nike+ Fuel Band Giveaway

The company is giving one RER reader a Nike+ Fuel band! To enter you just have to sign up for their email. I normally don’t require you to sign up for anything for my giveaways, but I think the emails are fun and the Nike+ band is sah-weet!

Sign up to be entered in the Nike+ Fuel band giveaway on Blood Sweat and Cheers here. (You don’t have to leave a comment on this post, just that.)

blood sweat and cheers

Contest closes 8/2/13 at 8am PST. Open to residents of the US.

Question: What did you have for breakfast?

I feel like it was a little hot for oatmeal. Maybe overnight oats are in order for tomorrow.

I love oatmeal but just can’t eat it when it’s hot outside (which is a lot here in Florida). I had cereal for breakfast today. Had to be out the door by 6:30 for work so I went for the fast and satisfying easy clean up option.

I normally like having smaller, on the sweet side types of breakfast, normally yogurt. However, today I had a potato with an egg. Hit the spot and will probably keep me full for awhile!
