FUN RUN Challenge Week 2

Fun Run Challenge Photo A Day for Runners

Fun Run Photo a Day Prompts – Day 5 to 10

Monday – Run Backwards as in go in the opposite direction. It doesn’t mean run backwards! Please don’t run backwards. Stay safe!

Tuesday – Strength Workout, no equipment needed! Set your timer for 45 seconds and do each exercise on the calendar. Focus on keeping proper form. Rest if you have to and then start again until the time is up. Count how many you do and write it in your running log.

Rest between each exercise 1 minute.

Then, go onto to next one timing it, using proper form and counting reps as mentioned above.

Wednesday – Greetings! Wave or Say ‘Hi’ to other runners you see while running. Remember to maintain social distance and stay safe!

Thursday – S-T-R-E-T-C-H… set your timer for 10 minutes (or more) and stretch. Spend extra time on any tight areas. Breathe. Enjoy it!

Friday – Flat Runner... Lay out your fave running outfit from top to bottom and snap an overhead picture. Share it on social and tag @RunEatRepeat #RunEatRepeat

Saturday – Treat Yourself! Share a pic of your current favorite treat! (I like to call it a victory lap!)

Share a picture inspired by each photo a day prompt on Instagram or Facebook and tag @RunEatRepeat and use the hashtag #RunEatRepeat
