After a long run on Saturday today was a rest day. I went on a walk with the BF to loosen up in the morning. Then, I went for a walk with the perros in the afternoon. I also S-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d!!! It feels so good to stretch out after a long walk! Don’t ya think?
