1. What BeachBody workouts do you do? How to do incorporate it in a running plan or training for a race??

2. How do you do the Advocare 24 Day Challenge or 10 Day Clean Eating Challenge without triggering disordered eating?

3.  How do you know if you’re running too much? How do you avoid over-training?

Notes: Listen to your body and consider keeping a training journal to record your recovery and any signals your body is trying to send.

 

4. Can you share an average day of food? I am trying to do intuitive eating but feel like I’m eating A LOT.
