17 May

Hello! I have a super easy and delicious 3 ingredient pancake recipe for you today! I’ve made 2 ingredient banana pancakes before and these are even better because the addition of oats makes them heartier, adds fiber and keeps you fuller longer, plus I also suggest reading the best griddle pan for pancakes review, if you decide to buy it your pancakes will come out perfect for sure!

Boom.

These can be made gluten free when you use gluten free oats. [Oats are considered gluten free but can be contaminated with gluten so make sure they are officially g-free if you have an allergy to it.]

3 ingredient Banana Pancakes (1)

These are seriously super easy and only require 3 ingredients. Let me know if you make them! It makes 2 servings (in theory).

I might have eaten all of it.

3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 small bananas (ripe is best)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ tsp each: baking soda, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract (optional)
  • Toppings of your choice: maple syrup, nuts, nut butter

Directions:

Blend ingredients in blender on low until mixed. Set aside.

Grease and heat skillet on low.

Pour batter onto skillet.

Cook through on one side before flipping. *TIP: Don’t check or poke at them too much or they’ll fall apart.*

Cooking time depends on size of your pancakes. I made small ones so they took about 2 minutes each side.

Top with syrup, peanut butter or your favorite pancake toppings!

Enjoy!

Save the leftovers in the refrigerator. (If there are any! I’ve never experienced this ‘leftover’ thing everyone talks about…)

I love it! I’m a fairly lazy person so easy recipes are my favorite.

Have you ever made a protein variation of this recipe? I may just try that myself actually

Omg Monica, these look so good! i’m dying to try the eggs on the go.
However,i read that some of the “Healthly Foods” you’re eating every day are making your fat cells sick and making it impossible to lose weight.

How do your three-ingredient pancakes look so perfect? Sometimes I make pancakes out of a premade powder, and even those don’t look as good as yours! That is some talent! 😀

Yes – I’ve made a similar 2 ingredient pancake recipe that is just eggs and bananas. You just have to be extra careful when flipping it, but it works.
