Hello! How’s it going? Today I’m sharing a great at home workout that blasts a ton of calories and you don’t need any equipment! I also want to share with you the best eaa supplement that you can use as your pre-workout supplement. Here is the link for your reference:http://www.amazon.com/Clean-EAATM-VitaMonk-Pre-Workout-Bioavailable/dp/B091JFQLLZ

But first a little pit-stop at Starbucks… Local reader April interviewed me for a college project and I got there a little early to get some work done. Lately I’ve been maxing out at 1 iced coffee a day. It just hasn’t been appealing to me for some reason? I think I’m ready for hot tea season!

I tried to keep it clean because she was recording me, but I’m not sure how that went. Hopefully she gets an “A+++” even though I’m super random (as were my answers).

hello with april

Today I have a great at home workout to do if you need a break from running but still want a sweat session. Over the last few months I’ve been working with Propel on helping spread the word on fun workouts and challenges.

Check out the other fun:

I did a workout I was afraid of – SUP

I worked out with my best friend

We talked about coffee and hydration

I shadowed a professional fitness instructor

This month Propel challenged me to share an easy at home workout that you can do with something around the house OR no equipment. I put together an easy to follow, but challenging body weight session.

I just use my phone and set it for one minute intervals and go through these moves. And play music to make it fun and fly by!

Question: What was your workout today?

    Hi There

    Great workout. Quite intense.

    I did the following yesterday:

    Weights (Chest)
    – Bench press
    – Incline bench press
    – Cable cross overs
    – Pull overs
    – Incline Dumbell flies

    I was quite sore.

But I am getting up and doing it again 🙂

    Cheers

    Dave

This is fantastic. A 10 minute workout I can do at home and without having to spend loads of money on expensive equipment. I live in a small apartment and just don’t have space to swing a dumb bell. Thanks for this great post!

My workout today was dealing with 10 insane 2 and 3 year olds – I was planning on a run after work, but I got off later than I was supposed to so I did a few chin-up attempts and dishes instead.

This is a great workout! It looks like an awesome sweat fest. I’ll be trying it out tomorrow after my run. I’ve been traveling visiting family for a while now, so gym equipment isn’t always available. Workouts like these are awesome and priceless. No excuses!

Love this workout! My workouts…well I’m doing elliptical running for 80 minutes. Sounds stupid, but the doctor said that’s what I have to do to get myself slowly back into running after the stress fracture I had this year.

Today my workout was not losing my cool with some not so nice co workers. It was a mental workout I suppose. But I’ll get back to running or walking tomorrow 🙂

Well, I actually got in two workouts today. First I picked up all the tree branches where my lovely husband trimmed all the trees and left them on the lawn, it was great for my quads pushing that stupid wheelbarrow back and forth with 500 pounds of tree branches.

And for the second one I got a killer arm and shoulder workout in while burying his sorry a$$ after I choked him!

    I’m kidding of course….oh but I wished I wasn’t a few hours ago!

I should reaaaaallly give this workout a try later. I keep saying I am going to start doing planks and squats and stuff and then I don’t. I’m feeling like I’m in the worst shape I’ve been in in a year right now so it’s time to get it together!

I haven’t done my workout yet, but I will be doing it this evening when I teach a Les Mills BODYATTACK class. I do the full class as a mirror to the participants, and it’s pretty hardcore cardio sports training. That’s so cool you’ll be the topic of a school project. Happy Wednesday!
