@RunEatRepeat Instagram Live April 2020 Number 1

You need to start out your next live with… Hello all you cool cats and kittens.

I haven’t watched Tiger King!

What do you normally eat for breakfast?

I usually eat eggs and toast with 1 piece savory (avocado or butter) and 1 piece sweet (jelly).

You can see my post on everything I eat in a day here – What I Eat In A Day for Runners

How often do you travel?

Well, in these Coronavirus times… never.

But I used to travel for races and blogger events all the time! I saw my friends on the east coast more than I saw

Hey @RunEatRepeat how are you doing during these times?

So far so good?

How do you deal with running/workout out when you’re sick? Do you use it as rest time?

Well, I share what I do in the video – but you should def do what’s best for you.

San Francisco in lockdown, no one can leave the house till end of MAY except food, u?

Yes, that’s pretty much the case in Southern California too.

How often do you watch memes?

Every damn day.

Tips to get over a breakup?

I have so many tips for getting over a break-up.

Tips & Advice to Get Over A Break-Up

How to Be Strong When You Feel Weak – a personal update on what happened when he left (not break-up advice, but I know a lot of people search for this)

Then, I posted this in response to requests for advice on break-up survival = Things That Helped Me During a Break-Up... but the post is titled ‘Am I Sad or Crazy’ because that’s how I felt I looked at the time.
